FHWA The FHWA Office of Safety's mission is to reduce highway fatalities by

making our roads safer through a data–driven, systematic approach “Make safety your first consideration in every investment decision.”

– As of September 3, 2010, ARRA has funded 1,002 “Safety/Traffic Management” Projects, totaling $1,366,027,488, representing 7.7% of FHWA ARRA projects and 5% of total funding. What if only 1% was invested in information networks…

earlier and deploy a range of corrective interventions to address a carrier's specific safety problems.

The Recovery Act included $8 billion to launch a national high-speed rail program that will modernize America’s transportation network, spur economic development domestically and keep the U.S. competitive with other leading nations. High-speed rail grants announced under the Recovery Act can be used only for high-speed rail projects and not for other transportation projects.

Future Plans– Short Term. Depending on the agency’s fiscal condition, VTA hopes to be able to implement Phase I within

the next several years. Phase I may require some minor capital improvements but the principal obstacle in implementing phase I will be identifying where the additional operating cost will come from.

– Mid Term. VTA will work closely with staff from the High Speed Rail Authority to initiate planning and design activities for Phase II improvements in Mountain View.

The KEIKYU Railway (Keihin Electric Express Railway ) provides rail access to Haneda Airport in Tokyo.

The KEIKYU Railway system connects inner Tokyo to Kawasaki, Yokohama, Yokosuka and other points on the Miura Peninsula in Kanagawa Prefecture with main line speeds up to 140Km/h.

ATL is leader in transportation. ALT operates one of the largest cargo transportation logistics center in the world

ATL upgrade their existing CCTV and PA system from traditional analog base to digital base on the ATL main building.

The digital video communications system has more than 370 cameras.

The camera are located at various locations such as building

entrances, ramps, common driveways of warehouse floor, lift lobbies,

offices and corridors of the office floors.

About MRPL.A subsidiary of ONGC , the refinery has a versatile design with the flexibility to process Crude of various API gravity using a highly automated system of processes each communicating critical information.

The MRPL plant has a design capacity to process 9.69 million metric tonnes per annum and is the only Refinery in India to have 2 Hydro crackers producing Premium Diesel (High Cetane). It is also the only Refinery in India to have 2 CCRs producing Unleaded Petrol of High Octane. MRPL has high standards in refining and environment protection matched by its commitments to society.
