One attachment kit per 10' section is recommended as a minimum requirement. However, more attachments may be required for heavier loading situations. Call us to see if your site requires more than the minimum number of attachments kits.

Quick GuideCable Ladder Extension BracketThis unique attachment bracket extends transmission line capacity by mounting directly to existing Trylon cable ladder rungs. The support bracket can mount up to an additional ten 3/4" snap-in hangers or thirteen 7/16" butterfl y hangers. However, for installation, two 3/4" holes on the existing ladder rungs will be required for mounting the extension bracket.

All material is hot dip galvanized for corrosion resistance in any environmental condition.

Cable Trays Cable Trays provide support and protection of transmission lines in roof top applications. Their main benefi t over traditional roof top coax bridges is that no additional hardware, such as hangers or brackets, are required for transmission line installation as they simply lay inside the tray for routing.

The trays are available in four widths (6", 8", 12", and 18"), and come standard in a 4" deep by 8' long galvanized sheet. Splice hardware and matching screw-down covers are also available and kitted for your purchasing needs.

Transmission Line SupportsRoof Top Coax Bridge KitsTrylon’s Roof Top Coax Bridge Kits are ideal for non-penetrating installations of transmission lines. The galvanized 11ga covers along with three UV-resistant 4" PVC sleepers are available in three widths (4-run, 8-run and 12-run) and come standard in 8' lengths.

The PVC sleepers support the tx lines horizontally on 32" centers while the 3/4" holes for snap-in hangers are spaced far enough to fi t large LDF12 (2¼") lines.

All hardware included.

Wall Coax Support KitsTrylon’s Wall Coax Support Kits are the perfect solution for wall mounting transmission lines. The galvanized 11ga covers are available in three widths (4-run, 8-run and 12-run). These 8' long covers easily attach to the two wall brackets using the prekitted self-drilling screws.

The galvanized wall brackets have 3/4" holes spaced to fi t large LDF12 (2¼") transmission lines utilizing standard snap-in hangers (supplied by others).

T-Style Transmission Line BracketsTrylon’s T-Style Transmission Line Brackets were specifi cally designed to mount directly to any type or sized tower leg. Three sizes are available covering numerous leg options. These brackets may be attached to pipes up to 11" OD, or angles up to 8" (60°or 90°) in size.

The three sizes (small, medium and large) are available in three versions to match your specifi c line requirements. The shortest option can accommodate 8 runs of 3/4" snap-in hangers or 7/16" butterfl y hangers, the middle version can handle 16 runs, whereas the longest option off ers 24 runs.

These brackets provide unique fl exibility for your changing needs and can be installed either inside or outside the tower leg to avoid nagging obstacles such as tower bracing, leg fl anges, or splices.

All steel is hot dip galvanized to withstand the elements.

24 Line Boomerang Assemblies

Trylon’s Boomerang Transmission Line Brackets are a unique combination of the T-Style Bracket and Face Mounted Cable Ladder assembly. It is specially fi tted to mount to triangular towers, and directly to the tower leg (like the T-Style), with the transmission lines installed on the outside of the tower face (like the cable ladder). This bracket provides superior fl exibility to meet your new or existing tower’s needs.

The three sizes (small, medium, and large) come in two options: 1) the shorter option, which can accommodate 16 runs of 3/4" snap-ins or 7/16" butterfl y hangers, or 2) the longer option, which off ers 24 runs of 3/4" or 7/16" holes.

Triple Cantilever Waveguide Bridge Triple Cantilever Waveguide Bridges are ideal when there is limited space between tower structures and buildings (typically in the 6' to 8' separation range).

The kit comes complete with three 18" x 5' solid covers and all hardware needed to attach to all-weld tower structures with face widths ranging from 24" to 48", and tower leg sizes up to 3½" OD.

Optional kits include (a) six 18" 2-rung trapeze kits, which have a maximum capacity of (60) 3/4" or (72) 7/16" holes for transmission lines; or (b) a 60" end shield that provides an additional 18" of protection beyond the current 5' covers.

WAVEGUIDE BRIDGE COVERS

Waveguide Bridge Covers can support horizontal runs of transmission lines. They come standard in either 5' or 10' lengths and are off ered in three widths (12", 18", and 24"). All open-serrated diamond-shaped grating are made from 12-gauge steel. Whereas all pre-punch solid channel covers are made from 11-gauge steel material.

UNIVERSAL SPLICE

The Universal Splice fi ts all three cover widths (12", 18", and 24"); it allows connection of either solid or open grated waveguide bridges to increase section length. Supports are recommended within 2½' of the splice. All hardware is included for installation, and all material is hot dip galvanized.

POST ASSEMBLIES

The post assemblies are off ered in two styles, direct burial and base shoe, to meet your site-specifi c requirements.

The direct burial post is available as either a 3½" OD x 14' long or 4½" OD x 14' long pipe with a pipe head cover. Both options require a minimum of 3½' embedment into concrete for a secure footing.

The base shoe post is available as either a 3½" OD x 10½' long pipe or 4½" OD x 10½" long pipe, both with a pipe head and four 1/2" x 18" long wedge anchors.

All post options allow height adjustments up to 10' for the waveguide bridge cover. All material is hot dip galvanized.

Transmission Line SupportsCable LaddersTrylon’s cable ladders can be either your light duty or heavy duty waveguide ladder of choice. It’s foldable for easy rigging and installation and available in 10' and 20' lengths. It can be installed to any tower structure or attachment span.

The support rungs are off ered in four sizes and can accommodate 3/4" snap-in hangers or 7/16" butterfl y hangers. The holes are spaced to fi t large LDF12 lines, while our 12-hole ladder options area available in both 4' and 3' centers for those areas where site conditions require extra support or heavy line loading.

The waveguide bridge supports provide connection between the posts and covers. The assemblies are designed to work with both solid and open grated covers, and are off ered in three single sided, three double sided and three canopy style options.

They have the versatility to fi eld adjust the waveguide bridge assembly to any required height using the 1/2" u-bolt hardware, along with the option to attach to either 3½" or 4½" OD posts depending on the kit purchased.

TRAPEZE KITS

The Trapeze Kits are off ered in three styles: standard 3-rung trapezes for open-grated covers, 2-rung trapezes for solid covers, and 1- or 2-rung z-trapezes for open-grated covers. Each style has its own unique advantage and is off ered in three widths (12", 18", and 24") mated to our covers.

All trapezes come standard with both 3/4" snap-in holes and 7/16" butterfl y hanger holes for installation of transmission

lines. The quantity of holes depends on the style and option of trapeze purchased, but can be review in the Trapeze Line Quantity Table on the following page or in the below price tables.

All hardware is included for installation. All threaded rods are stainless steel and all trapezes are hot dip galvanized to weather the elements.

W/G SHIELD ASSEMBLY

The W/G Shield Assembly off ers additional transmission line protection at the end of a waveguide bridge where lines often fl are out beyond the sides. The assembly is capable of connecting a range of waveguide bridges off ered by Trylon, including all single and double options, and solid or open grated covers. It is recommended that supports be placed within 1' of the shield. All hardware is included for installation, and all material is hot dip galvanized.

ADJUSTABLE SPLICE

The versatile Adjustable Splice can connect two sections of waveguide bridge, ranging from 12" to 24" in size. They can be either solid or grated, and connect at bends from 0° to 45°. If larger angles are required, additional splices can be used together. It is recommended that supports be placed within 2' of the splice. All hardware is included for installation, and all material is hot dip galvanized. Some fi eld drilling may be required.
