failure of the other means failure of both– Basque language promotion and common

culture, social and historic references are needed

Shall we try these in ETB2?– Increasing presence of Basque in the

programme-schedule, parts of existing programmes, sketches…

– Implementing the natural bilinguism– Linking both channels: presenters, SMS…
