displaced/retired employees. Upon request, we also offer seminars, webinars or
in-person meetings for qualified candidates. If employees are interested
in Transition Care they simply log into the Transition Care website to register
and pre-qualify. The Transition Care team will contact the employee and conduct
a personal interview. All information will be held in the strictest of confidence.
