What Are They? What Do They Do?

The TPSMC and TPSMD Series Automotive TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events.

They provide 1500W (TPSMC) or 3000W (TPSMD) peak pulse power dissipation in a standard DO-214AB SMC/SMD package, one of the most popular form factors in automotive applications.

Both TPSMC and TPSMD Series TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified.
