Addressing the educational leaders’ behaviors in a socio-political context, the LPHS program specifically incorporates the following elements: It emphasizes the link and bridges the connection between leader development and student learning and achievement. CCL uses facilitators who have an in-depth understanding of educational institutions with abilities to contextualize general models of leadership within the sector The program is designed so that learning is readily applicable to your day-to-day environment. It offers focused attention to skills and capabilities that are critical for leading effectively. It addresses the means for leaders to build capacity in others.
