The preferred way to reproduce the Trane Comfort Specialist (TCS) logo is in color. The required colors consist of Trane PMS 7417 (CMYK breakdown 0,85,100,0), 80% black, and a gradient that is made from blending 50% black to 10% black to 50% black horizontally.

As an alternative to the color logo when necessary, the TCS logo may be reproduced in one color or grayscale. 80% black should be used.

Do not place the TCS logo over complex backgrounds or patterns.

PROPER SPACING/PAIRINGS OVERVIEW

The TCS logo must always be at least the width of the house on the logo away from any other object, except when paired with the Trane logo or other logos/marks and a vertical line is used.

When pairing with other logos/marks, the TCS logo should be separated with a .5 pt black line. To the left are two examples of how these pairings can appear. It is preferred that the logos be paired horizontally, but vertically is acceptable when necessary.

Pairing with a business address

The TCS logo can be used alone, however, when pairing with a business address, company logo or similar, it is preferred that a .5 pt black line is used. If a black line cannot be used, general spacing rules stated earlier apply.

Spacing between the elements should be equal, and at minimum, the width of the Trane ball on the TCS shield.

There is no specific requirement as to whether you place the TCS logo to the right or to the left of your logo, however, please be consistent in its usage in all marketing materials.

A horizontal pairing is always preferred, but when necessary, a vertical pairing may be used as an alternate option.

In instances where the TCS logo needs to be reproduced at extremely small sizes (e.g., 4 x 2.38, 6.125 x 2.45, and 4 x 5 ads), it must always be paired with the Trane logo and tagline to ensure proper Trane branding and to meet Trane branding guidelines. Doing so will create a strong brand impression.
