CAUSE-DRIVEN LEADERSHIP®

Do you have what it takes to be a cause-driven leader? Do you know what competencies one must develop in order to meet the potential of CAUSE-DRIVEN LEADERSHIP? The word cloud on

the cover of this schedule is a compilation of the various qualities and competencies one needs to arrive at and endure as a YMCA cause driven leader. Why do we think that is a worthwhile journey? The YMCA of Greater NY is committed to building the foundations of and strengthening our communities through: Nurturing the potential of every child and teen Improving NYC’s health and well-being Courageously taking up the challenge of our city’s most
