I have suggested the principal to get itcomposed. Keep the original copies with her in file and provide itsPhotostat copy to teachers who will further paste it in their lessonplanner diary.

AfterI have designed a form containing students details, like union no,father name, NIC number, phone numbers etc.I have asked the school management to keep the B-forms of

students along with their pictures in separate files instead of putting here and there and in different shopping bags.

9-Formation of Discipline and Examination Committee

A set of class room rules and duties and responsibilities of teachershave been set. I have instructed the discipline committee to makesure that every one is following rules. And in the same way I havemade the examination committee to realize their responsibilitiesand have instructed them to complete their tasks well before intime like preparation of date sheets, collection of papers fromteachersexchange papers between teachers and ensure theirproof reading and have also designed with them a number of sample papers.
