• Dialogues go Spontaneously as role playing proceeds• People perform certain role in the organization.• With little imagination they can project themselves in
to a role other than their own role• At the end there is a critique session in which feedback
is given on the role played• Help in developing better perspective• Not suitable for senior management personnel
