Our mission
Our aim is to promote the training and learning culture within Flight Operations and to
show our commitment in delivering quality training solutions to the Air Transport
Industry.
Our offering.
SITA Flight Operations Training Services provides a wide range of Flight Operations
related training courses, all our courses are carefully researched and prepared to
ensure that we provide participants with comprehensive and valuable training. Our
course programmes are reviewed and updated on a regular basis to present
participants with the latest information in the subject taught. Our courses are based
on presentations, workshops and case studies from SITA flight operations specialists
and also industry experts.
Our training coverage
We also offer a wide range of courses to complement and support our full suite of
Flight Operations products and services. Our course programmes have been
designed to meet the current training needs of personnel within the specialised area
of Flight Operations. We now offer a variety of product certification courses that
provide participants with in-depth explanations of all the features of the SITA Flight

Most airlines have different crewrostering policies, with most of them working on fairly similar ground rules to reflectthe safety concerns based on the importance of adequate crew rest. This course willprovide an overview of the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Publication (CAP) 371 andalso best practices within crew rostering and planning.
