Regulatory Information for Power Engineers Seminar is intended to broaden one’s knowledge in the legislation requirements for those who maintain, repair and operate pressure equipment that as described in the Power Engineers Regulation. The seminar will address essential areas of the Safety Codes Act and subsidiary legislation related to the operation of pressure equipment subject to the Act. The intent is to streamline individual regulatory responsibilities for operation of pressure equipment and to support the understanding of the processes that are administered by ABSA. What Will You Learn?

• Describe the intent of the Power Engineers Regulation • Explain the Safety Codes Act and Pressure Equipment Safety Regulation as it
