* each JPEG image on disc is in low-resolution for web sharing and

high-resolution for printing, with print release.

Gotta love those third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and so-on photographers! ;)

Not sure about needing a second photographer? It’s helpful, but just to let

you know I will be wearing two camera bodies to cover your wedding!

About Your Online Proofing Gallery

You’ll get an email with the link to your proofs of images to view online in my

ShootProof account. Depending on the amount of coverage you chose,

you’ll see anywhere from 900 to 2000 images. They’ll be in different folders for

the parts of your wedding day. You need to “Star”/Favorite the images you

really like so that I can do further touch-up or editing as needed. Don’t worry,

you don’t have to pick all images if you don’t want to! I can use my best

judgment to choose the remainder of the best photos for your disc. If you

want to order albums or box of prints, any of your favorites can be used. You

can also order any extra products like wood prints directly from ShootProof.

You’ll have 30 days to access your gallery.

Ordering Gallery for Family and Friends

After you receive your images on disc, I’ll make available a separate gallery

for you to share just for your family and friends, for them order their own

pictures. I can’t tell you how many weddings I’ve gone to as a guest where I

wished that I could have some photos of my newlywed friends! Of course you

can share your low-resolution images online, but if you share away your high-

resolution files to people to print on their own, that’s unfair to the

photographer (and their photo center probably would refuse to print it

anyway!). You can SHARE AWAY this special link on email, Facebook, Twitter,

etc to all your peeps. Some images will include headshots of your bridal party,

and also images of your guests lookin’ all pretty for your wedding. They can

order their own prints for a few bucks, and maybe even something cool like a

gallery wrap as a gift to you!

Additions to Your Choice of Coverage

Assistant ~ $20/hour

Second Photographer ~ $25/hour

Extra wedding coverage ~ $175 each additional hour

Engagement/Couples Session ~ $175 for 1 hour; $350 for 2 hours

Travel:

For wedding locations located between 150-300 miles away from Thompson, Connecticut:

Add roundtrip travel charge of 65 cents per mile, plus one night of lodging

Locations outside of New England: Add cost of at least 2 nights of lodging, roundtrip air-

fare from Boston (BOS) or Providence (PVD), and $200 (for meals + rental car). NO lodging

charge for weddings in: Oregon’s Willamette Valley & Jackson and Klamath Counties, and

Moscow, Idaho weddings.

All bookings made after April 15, 2014 may be subject to sales tax.
