When you press the button of your T-SYSTEM, the FLASH PROTECT emits a signal that darkens the LCD screen of the electronic mask a moment before the welding arc is activated. When the arc turns on the filter is already darkened. Perfect protection!

THE NEW T-SYSTEM BUTTONS/SWITCHES
You can configure your T-SYSTEM with 6 different switch options, depending on the machine configuration you use.
T-SYSTEM switches can be easily replaced, unplugging them from the torch body with one single operation.
ERGONOMICS & DESIGN
The new T-SYSTEM handle reflects its modern design, a new rubber grip and interchangeable silicon high-insulation switch modules.The anti-slip grip guarantees the operator safety.
THE JOINT
The joint - a historic Trafimet patent - has been completely redesigned and offers unique flexibility by reducing the load on the handle. This results in less fatigue for the operator.

THE CABLE
Now you can equip your T-System torch with top quality cables packaged for all industrial needs.Cables with leather covers are certainly the best for flexibility and excellent resistance to abrasions, atmospheric agents and chemicals.
They are made of high flexible elements such as silicone, high tech high-insulation covers with outer leather and very fine copper wiring, to ensure unique flexibility, essential for precise and constant welding.
THE NEW REAR HOUSING ASSEMBLY
One of the innovations that characterize the T-SYSTEM is undoubtedly the rear assembly, a revolutionary design that allows quick customization to connect to each machine.
FLASH PROTECT POWER SUPPLIER
T-SYSYEM torches are standard equipped with the FLASH PROTECT power supplier (4 AA batteries excluded).
Mount the power supplier to the machine with the magnetic baseConnect the power supplier to the micro USB.
FLASH PROTECT is active!

The water and gas hoses are driven into the rear housing assembly to prevent any narrowing.
Locking the cover is very simple with the new ring nut.
Thicknesses realized in thermoplastic material attest to a perfect insulation.
The bayonet connection is precise and guarantees an optimal passage of the welding current.
