The left-turn from Halawa Drive onto Kamehameha Highway eastbound may be closed. Motorists will be detoured to Arizona Memorial Place for a U-turn. The left-turn
from Kamehameha Highway eastbound onto Halawa Drive may be closed. Motorists will be detoured to Radford Drive, then Center Drive, then Kamehameha Highway westbound to access Borchers Gate.

Nighttime: 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., overnights Sunday to Saturday All lanes of Kamehameha Highway in both westbound and eastbound directions will be closed between Radford Drive to Center Drive. Westbound motorists will be detoured to Center Drive then Radford Drive to return to Kamehameha Highway. Eastbound motorists will be detoured to Radford Drive then Center Drive to
return to Kamehameha Highway.
For the safety of crews and the traveling public, the speed limit has been reduced to 25 mph on Kamehameha Highway between Salt Lake Boulevard/ Ford Island Bridge and Center Drive. The highway has been reduced to two lanes in each direction during construction. Bike lanes have been removed due
to space constraints. Please drive safely; observe the posted speed limit, follow construction and directional signs, and share the road with bicyclists. Bus routes and stops may be modified or closed during construction. Please call (808) 848-5555 or visit www.TheBus.org.

Sunday, June 23, 2019 to Saturday, June 29, 2019 LOCATION: Nimitz Highway Off-Ramp and Joint-Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Off-Ramp to Kamehameha Highway 24 Hours a Day, Seven Days a Week The ramp to westbound Kamehameha Highway from westbound H-1 Highway, westbound Nimitz Highway, and JBPHH exit will be reduced to three lanes for the duration of project construction.
LOCATION: Nimitz Highway to Kamehameha Highway Nighttime: 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., overnights Sunday to Saturday
The Nimitz Highway westbound off-ramp to Kamehameha Highway westbound will be closed nightly. Motorists will be detoured to Valkenburgh Street, then to Bougainville Drive, then Radford Drive to return to Kamehameha Highway westbound.

LOCATION: H-1 Eastbound Off-Ramp into Joint-Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Nighttime: 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., overnights Sunday to Saturday The H-1 eastbound off-ramp into JBPHH will be closed intermittently. All motorists needing to access JBPHH
will be detoured to Nimitz Highways westbound to enter at the Nimitz, O’Malley and Kuntz Gates.
LOCATION: H-1 Eastbound and the On-Ramp from Joint-Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Nighttime: 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., overnights Sunday to Saturday
The ramp from JBPHH onto H-1 eastbound will also be closed. Motorists exiting JBPHH will be detoured to Nimitz Highways to access H-1 eastbound. The Airport exit will remain open.

Intermittent lane closures will take place on Nimitz Highway and Valkenburgh Street in both directions, including various left-turn and right-turn pockets. Special duty police officers will assist with traffic movements as needed.

LOCATION: Airport Parking Garage Exit 24 Hours a Day, Seven Days a Week The right lane exiting the airport parking garages leading up to the toll booths will be closed. Access to all toll booths, and the exit lane for the rental cars leaving the Consolidated Rental Car Center will remain open.
LOCATION: Airport Parking Garage Exit to H-1 On-Ramp Nighttime: 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., overnights Sunday to Saturday Up to two eastbound lanes may be closed. The access to both Paiea Street and H-1 will remain. The right lane exiting the airport parking garages leading to the toll booths will be closed. Access will remain to all toll
booths, and the exit lane for rental cars leaving the Consolidated Rental Car Center (CONRAC) will remain

LOCATION: Ohohia Street to Lagoon Drive Nighttime: 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., overnights Sunday to Saturday Ualena Street will be closed to all traffic from Ohohia Street to Lagoon Drive. Traffic will be detoured to Koapaka Street. Local access will remain for businesses. No street parking will be allowed on Ualena Street during this work.
WAIWAI LOOP Sunday, June 16, 2019 to Saturday, June 22, 2019
LOCATION: East of Lagoon Drive 24 Hours a Day, Seven Days a Week Waiwai Loop will operate as a one-way street. All traffic must enter on the mauka side of Waiwai Loop across
Koapaka Street. The makai side of Waiwai Loop across Ualena Street will operate as an exit onto to Lagoon Drive. Two-way traffic will remain on the mauka side of Waiwai Loop until the start of the work area at the Hawaii Employers Council. No street parking will be allowed in locations designated as work areas.
Nighttime: 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., overnights Sunday to Saturday The makai side of Waiwai Loop across Ualena Street will be closed to all traffic from Lagoon Drive to the Pacific Marina Inn. Motorists will be detoured through the mauka side of Waiwai Loop across Koapaka Street. Access for all businesses on Waiwai Loop will be allowed.
NIMITZ HIGHWAY
Sunday, June 23, 2019 to Saturday, June 29, 2019 LOCATION: Keehi Lagoon Memorial Park to Kahauiki Village 24 Hours a Day, Seven Days a Week Nimitz Highway eastbound between Keehi Lagoon Memorial Park and Kahauiki Village will be reduced to one lane for the duration of project construction.
Nighttime: 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., overnights Sunday to Saturday All lanes of eastbound Nimitz Highway will be closed. Motorists will be detoured to Dillingham Boulevard to access Nimitz Highway. Local access will remain for residents of Kahauiki Village.
