Unauthorized parked vehicles or loading units on the fairground will be towed away at the costs and risks of the vehicle owner. Auf-/Abbauausweise Please note access to exhibition grounds is only allowed with a valid construction and dismantling pass which is required for all vehicle occupants and construction workers. Passes are bookable on https://beco.messe-berlin.de/en The tickets must be readily accessible for the entry control. Construction workers who do not have a valid construction and dismantling pass are not allowed to enter the exhibition grounds. FRUIT LOGISTICA 2019- Traffic rules (01.- 05.02.2019) Set-up traffic rules from 01/02 to 05/02/2019

Set-up from 07:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Trucks with a total weight of 12 t and above: to enter the fairground, book a time-slot in advance or pay a deposit at the gates. Trucks with a total weight below 12 t: NO NEED to book a time-slot, unless forwarding services (like forklifts etc.) are wished. Desposit 200,00 € (cash) must be left at the gate. Additional 200,00 € deposit for loading unit Maximum stay:

o Cars up to 3,5t = 30 min o Vans up to 3,5t = 60 min o Truck between 3,5t to 12t = 90 min o Truck above 12t = 150 min

Entrance for vehicles with deposit via Gate 9 (Messedamm) and Gate 25 (Jafféestraße) Deposit refund will be provided at the Gates (Gate 9 and Gate 25). → Please beware of the exit time listed on your deposit receipt. FRUIT LOGISTICA 2019- Traffic rules (01.- 05.02.2019) Booking of time-slots Time-slot-booking from 10.12.2018 on under following link http://www.ax4.com/ax4/?ID=401635 Limited amount of available time-slots Conditions: forwarding services (like forklifts etc.) have to be booked. Benefits: exact information about your loading time and loading zone before set-up; shortened waiting time; entrance via Gate 7; deposit not required. Should the time-slot you prefer already been given, you will be assigned to the next available one. Once the booking is carried out, you will receive a bar code application for your entrance with the confirmed time-slot. We recommend to the driver to be strictly on time and show the application for his entrance at Log-Point. Please note that early and late admittance is of restricted to 15 min before and 15 mn after booked time. Should you miss the time-slot, please contact the forwarding company as per below contact. They will allocate you the next slot available. Permit entries will be given to drivers at the Log-Point and must be shown to enter the fairground via Gate 7 (Messedamm). Admittance will be denied if you have no booking.
