Zongzi, as the traditionalfood for the Dragon Boat Festival, is a pyramid-shaped dumpling made of glutinous rice and wrappedin bambooor reed leaves to giveit a special flavor, varies greatly across China. 2. Realgar wine It is a very popularpractice to drink this kind of Chineseliquor seasoned with realgar at the Dragon Boat Festival.
