El pulso que mantuvieron ayer los índices de renta variable europea tuvo emoción
hasta el final. Con una nueva apertura en negativo y sin catalizadores positivos a la vista, el
escenario volvía a traernos los aires deprimentes de la semana pasada. Pero la apertura en
positivo de EE.UU. ayudó a la remontada final que, sin ser deslumbrante, sí permitió ver un
cierre mixto en Europa. El Eurostoxx cerraba con un +0,07%, mientras que el Ibex y el CAC lo
hacían en un +0,14% y +0,27% respectivamente. El resto, todos en negativo.
Como decíamos anteriormente, EE.UU. conseguía, por fin, romper la racha de
sesiones mixtas que habíamos visto en las últimos días. En el aniversario del trágico atentado
de las Torres Gemelas, los índices lograban acabar la jornada en positivo a pesar de un inicio
algo dubitativo tras la petición de China a la Organización Mundial del Comercio de aplicar
aranceles a productos norteamericanos por valor de 8,4 bn$. Al final, el Dow Jones finalizaba
con alzas del +0,44%, el S&P500 del +0,37% y el Nasdaq del +0,61%.
En cuanto a los valores destacados del día, sobresalió por encima de todos la
finlandesa Amer Sports que subía al cierre un +18,79% tras los rumores especulativos. Le
seguía la suiza Partners Group con un +5,67% tras los buenos resultados del 1S18, mientras
que en tercer lugar aparecía la farma Galapagos con un 5,43% tras la mejora de
recomendación de Bernstein. En el lado negativo aparecía la francesa Valeo con un descenso
del -4,88% tras el fuerte descenso experimentado por todas las compañías de componentes
del sector Autos. En segundo lugar aparecía la alemana Siltronic con un -4,38% y en tercero
GAM Holdings quién cedía al cierre un -3,95%.
Hoy esperamos ligeras subidas en apertura con los futuros y spread bets europeos
pronostican una apertura alcista del 0,15% para el Euro Stoxx 50 y del 0,12% para el Ibex
35. Marcan subidas en pre-market de entre un +1% y un +2% Dunelm y Galiford tras los
buenos resultados. Galapagos sube un +5%. En cuanto a las caídas IWG marca caídas de
entre un -2% y un -3% tras la noticia de la salida de su CEO. Nexans y Big Yellow pierden
entre un -1% y un -2%.

INDITEX: El gigante español de textil ha presentado esta mañana los resultados del 1S18, los cuales se han
situado ligeramente por debajo de lo esperado. Ventas 12,03 bn€ < 12,06 bn€ e cons. LFL +4%. Gross margin
56,7% < 56,8% e cons. Ebitda 2,34 bn€ < 2,35 bn€ e cons. Ebit 1,78 bn€ < 1,80 bn€ e cons. Bº neto 1,41 bn€ =
e cons. El crecimiento en ventas ha sido el más bajo de los últimos cuatro años en los que, según la propia
compañía, han influido las elevadas temperaturas veraniegas, el impacto negativo de la divisa y la mayor
presión de los competidores online.
HERMES: La compañía francesa de lujo ha desvelado los resultados del 1S18 en los que el beneficio operativo
ha alcanzado su nivel récord gracias al fuerte tirón de las ventas en China. Ventas 2,85 bn€ vs 2,71 bn€ yoy. Bº
operativo ajustado 985 M€ > 981 M€ e cons, con el margen en el 34,5% > 34,4% e cons. Bº operativo 1,04 bn€
vs 931 M€ yoy. Bº neto 708 M€ vs 605 M€ yoy. Han confirmado las guías para el conjunto del año.
SSE: La utility británica ha presentado el trading statement de los últimos 5 meses en el que afirman que las
condiciones meteorológicas en dicho período, seco y caluroso, así como los elevados precios del gas, tendrán
un impacto de aproximadamente 80 ML en el beneficio operativo del próximo 1T fiscal, así como en los
resultados de los últimos cinco meses, donde podría alcanzar los 190 ML. Esperan que en los resultados del
1S fiscal que presentarán el próximo 30 de septiembre el beneficio operativo ajustado se reduzca a la mitad del
logrado en el mismo período del año anterior. Por último, han mantenido intacto el objetivo de dividendo de
97,5 p/acc previsto en su plan estratégico.
NOVARTIS: La farma suiza ha anunciado que su medicamento anticancerígeno Kymriah ha sido aprobado por
las autoridades europeas de farmacología.
AIRBUS: El fabricante europeo de equipamiento aeroespacial ha solicitado a la aerolínea Thai Airways que
prepare otro borrador con su Business plan, incluyendo los acuerdos de rutas, antes de que el Gobierno
tailandés apruebe la compra de un nuevo pedido, lo que le ayudará a renovar la flota y competir a gran escala
con las grandes aerolíneas.
SECTOR BANCARIO ALEMANIA: Un reportaje aparecido ayer en la prensa alemana afirmaba que el
Gobierno germano estaría abierto a fusionar los dos principales bancos del país, Deutsche Bank y
Commerzbank. Hay que recordar que el Ejecutivo posee un 15,5% del capital de este último.
BARCLAYS: La entidad británica invertirá 875 ML en un fondo inmobiliario de Reino Unido cuyo objetivo se
centrará en préstamos inmobiliarios a promotoras a precios competitivos. El rango de dichos préstamos serán
entre 5 ML hasta 100 ML.
FERRAGAMO: Rumores de mercado apuntan a que la compañía italiana de ropa, zapatos y accesorios podría
estar considerando diferentes alternativas para su futuro, donde no se descarta una posible venta tras la
aproximación de varios fondos de capital riesgo.

TELEFÓNICA: Los analistas de JP Morgan bajaron la recomendación del gigante de telecomunicaciones
espanol a infraponderar después de que los inversores no hayan recibido ningún retorno en este último año,
sumado a una caída de un -20% en sus acciones.
TELECOM ITALIA: Leemos en el periódico francés Les Echos que Vivendi niega el apoyo del CEO de
Telecom Italia Arnos Genish. Además agrega que está apoyado por Elliot, el consejo de administración y su
accionista de referencia., que es Vivendi.
REPSOL: La petrolera española ha firmado un acuerdo con Venture Global para la compra de gas natural
licuado a lo largo de los próximos 20 años. El montante podría alcanzar los 4 bn€ y le permitirá a la petrolera
española suministrar dicho gas a las plantas de ciclo combinado en España o incluso revender a otros
jugadores de mercado.
ECB: El Banco Central Europeo compró la semana pasada al menos 12 bonos corporativos para su cartera en
el programa de recompra en la semana que acababa el pasado 7 de Septiembre. Estos 12 valores, entre los
que se encuentran Michelin, Siemens y Unilever, elevaban las compras hasta máximos históricos de dicho
programa.

WELLCARE HEALTH: La compañía norteamericana reemplazará en el S&P500 a XL Group,
recientemente adquirida por la francesa Axa. El cambio será efectivo a partir del próximo 17 de
septiembre.
SECTOR AUTOS: Las tensiones comerciales entre EE.UU. y China han provocado que la cuota de
mercado de las marcas norteamericanas en el país asiático se haya reducido a lo largo del último
año, pasando del 12,2% al 10,7% actual.
BOEING: La llegada del huracán Florence a las costas de Carolina del Sur hizo que el fabricante de
equipamiento aeroespacial evacuara al menos ocho aparatos 787 de su fábrica localizada allí hasta la
de Seattle para evitar así los posibles daños que la tormenta podría causar en los próximos días.
GENERAL ELECTRIC: Rumores de mercado apuntan a que el fondo soberano de Singapur podría
estar interesado en comprar la división de leasing de aeronaves de General Electric.

Los fuertes bandazos que venimos viendo en los mercados de renta variable han hecho
que salten muchas alarmas en los radares de los gestores. ¿ha llegado el momento de volver a mirar
al mercado o, por el contrario, aún le quedan recortes adicionales?.
Para aquellos que empiezan a mirar de nuevo a la renta variable, de una forma selectiva
eso sí, hemos querido elaborar esta estrategia de scoring en la que incluimos hasta 8 indicadores
diferentes que intentan combinar visibilidad con valoración. Esperemos que os guste.
Filtros aplicados
Universo de compañías: Todas las compañías pertenecientes al índice del Stoxx 600.
Scoring: Para el cálculo de nuestra estrategia de hoy hemos ido más allá respecto al día de ayer al
aplicar un scoring o sistema de puntuación que tiene en cuenta un total de 8 parámetros:. En
concreto, obtendrán 1 punto los que tengan el menor ratio en cada una de las ocho categorías y 600
las que más. El objetivo para quedar entre las primeras clasificadas es obtener los menos puntos
posibles.
Ratio ROCE: El rendimiento del capital empleado (ROCE) es uno de los coeficientes financieros que
mide la rentabilidad de una empresa y la eficiencia con la que se emplea su capital. En concreto,
calculamos el ROCE como Beneficios antes de intereses e impuestos (EBIT) entre el Capital
empleado
Crecimiento anual del Free Cash Flow por acción: Calculado como el crecimiento del flujo de caja
libre respecto al ejercicio anterior por acción.
Ratio Deuda neta/Ebitda: Dicho ratio es calculado como la suma de las deudas financieras de la
compañía, a corto y largo plazo, menos el valor de caja y el valor de las inversiones financieras a
largo plazo entre Ebitda.
Margen operativo: También conocido como el margen de los ingresos operativos o margen de
explotación, mide la rentabilidad a través del cociente entre EBIT y Ventas netas.
Dividend Yield Indicated: El ratio es calculado como el último dividendo neto anunciado anualizado
sobre la base de la frecuencia de dividendos y dividido entre el precio de actual de mercado.
Tasa de crecimiento del dividendo neto por acción a 5 años: La tasa es calculada como el
dividendo ajustado por acción del ejercicio en curso / dividendo ajustado por acción de hace cinco
ejercicios), elevado a 0,2, menos 1, y multiplicado por 100.
Upside o potencial de mercado: Calculado como el aumento porcentual previsto por el consenso de
analistas en el precio de una acción.
Ratio PER: Es calculado como el precio de la acción de una empresa determinada entre el beneficio
neto anual después de impuestos por acción.
Consensus rating: El consensus rating es un sistema de puntuación que otorgamos en función de la
recomendación que tengan: es decir, en aquellos casos en los que la recomendación está en
comprar, 5 puntos, las que estén en mantener, 3 puntos y, por último, las que estén en vender se
llevan 1 punto.

Compañías seleccionadas
Utilizamos tipo de gráfico radial o también conocido como gráfico de estrella como
herramienta de comparación de los principales ratios de la estrategia (color azul) y su respectivo Benchmark (en
este caso el Stoxx600).
Sharpe Ratio: El ratio de Sharpe es la rentabilidad media obtenida por encima de la tasa libre de riesgo por
unidad de volatilidad o riesgo total. Cuanto mayor es el ratio de Sharpe, mejor es la rentabilidad en relación al
riesgo que se ha tomado en la inversión.
Volatilidad: La volatilidad es una medida estadística de la dispersión de los rendimientos de un valor o índice de
mercado determinado. Cuanto menor es la volatilidad, más estable es un valor.
Sesgo: El sesgo es el riesgo que resulta cuando las observaciones no se distribuyen simétricamente alrededor de
un valor promedio, sino que tienen una distribución sesgada. Cuando el sesgo es más cercano a cero, más
distribuidos de manera equitativa están los valores.
