WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR OVERALL ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE IN THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR?

Answer: We responded with the “cosmetics of achievement”

2 Key Questions:• Do we have the right strategy?• Do we have a problem with

implementation?
