WarrantyBayset is a ‘distributor’ and not a manufacturer of products. We offer the ‘Warranty’ provided by the original manufacturer and are bound solely by these requirements. On items directly imported (therefore the deemed manufacturer), the warranty offered varies depending on the product and the original source of manufacture. Most items are warranted against faults and defects in manufacture for a period of (12) twelve months; however Bayset assumes no responsibility for the following:

• Improper installation or failure to follow fitting or application instructions• Failure due to improper maintenance• Indirect or consequential loss or damage• Cost of freight or travelling time

Trading Days Monday to Friday 6.30am - 4.00pm

Settlement TermsAll account customers – nett 30 days from the close of the month that items have been ordered and delivered. Non-account customers strictly CBD (Cash Before Delivery).

GSTThe tax applicable will be governed by the laws operating in Australia at the time of sale.

Special Orders‘Non Stock’ items sourced and purchased on your behalf are subject to the relevant suppliers trading terms and conditions.All Special Orders MUST include a signed ‘Bayset – Non-stock purchase order form’ In the event of a credit return, a payment of 15%-25% restocking fee will apply. Custom made or made-to-order goods are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returns for CreditStock Items may be returned for credit providing the following:

• Company notified within 30 days.• Goods returned must be in original condition and free from defects when returned.• Copy of invoice to accompany goods for return.

Faulty /Damaged StockAbove conditions apply, however Bayset reserves the right to reject any claim(s) where the item has been opened or used in any application that may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

WPA 500 is a waterborne flexible waterproof membrane designed for use under tiled finishes.

WPA 500LV is a waterborne flexible waterproof membrane designed for use under tiled finishes.

WPA 560 Moisture Seal is a two component water-based epoxy designed as a water and vapour proof coating under water proofing membranes, tiling adhesives, levelling compounds and timber floors.

WPA 880 Tanking is a chemically modified waterborne flexible waterproof membrane designed for use in demanding external waterproofing applications. WPA 880 Tanking cures to form a durable, tough, impervious membrane that will not re-emulsify when fully cured.

WPA SB Primer is a clear fast drying solvent based primer with good penetrating properties. It’s designed to assist in gaining adhesion on powdery substrates and provides excellent adhesion for subsequent coatings and membranes.

WPA 230UV is an elastomeric, one part, fibre reinforced, water based polyurethane membrane used for waterproofing shower recesses, bathrooms, decks, balconies and rooftops.

WPA 360 water based primer is suitable for use with wet area waterproofing membranes and with correct preparation will achieve very good adhesion on the following surfaces Concrete, Plasterboard, Villaboard and FC sheeting.
