How to Order
To order your Trade-in or Trade-up pipettes, simply contact your preferred Authorised Dealer listed on the back of this brochure. Inform them of your desire to use the Trade-in or Trade-up program. Once your order has been placed your preferred dealer will arrange for the Trade-in or Trade-up pipettes to be collected or returned.
Please note the Trade-in/Trade-up program works by trading in or trading up any brand/any condition pipette for a new one. The pipette being traded in or traded up must be like for like. For example, a single-channel pipette for a single-channel pipette, a multi-channel pipette for a multi-channel pipette, a dispenser for a dispenser.
