The risk is the likelihood that the hazard can harm someone together with an indication of how serious the harm can be. Un riesgo es cualquier cosa con el potencial de causar daño. El riesgo es la probabilidad de que el peligro puede dañar a alguien junto con la indicación de cuan serio el daño puede ser. La ley no requiere que usted pueda eliminar todos los riesgos, pero usted está obligado a proteger a las personas por lo que es "razonablemente posible".
