    A HEADACHE

    Headache is a very common condition in people. Generally, the pain is temporary

    and occurs due to stress, emotional stress, high blood pressure, infections, colds,

    hangovers and nutritional deficiency to name a few.

    TREATMENT

    Drink water to avoid dehydration, especially if you have vomited.

    Rest in a quiet, dark room.

    Place a cool cloth on your head.

    Use any relaxation technique you have learned.

    A COLD

    The common cold usually causes a runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing.

    Also, you may have a sore throat, cough, headache or other symptoms.

    TREATMENT

    Rest and drink plenty of fluids.

    A COUGH

    Coughing is a normal reaction of the body. The stimulus cough is caused by the

    presence of mucus or a foreign body in the airway. In addition, the cough may be a

    symptom of certain diseases such as a cold, asthma or bronchitis.

    TREATMENT

    INSOMNIA

    Insomnia is a condition that is the inability to fall asleep or stay asleep. In patients

    TREATMENT
