Is the integration of technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge. The balanced integration of technology, pedagogy, and content enables the greatest acquisition of knowledge by the student and the most balanced instruction by the teacher.

Is a way of teaching using technology that can help relay content. A new way that I have been able to look at this category is that the technology can be introduced on a student-to-student basis meaning that if a child has a special need a form of technology can be introduced to ensure the content can be appropriately communicated. Aroga technologies have a variety of different options for many different needs.

Is the choice that teachers make about which activities to use to teach certain subjects or content areas. In this area I learned about different learning theories such as behaviorist, cognitivist, constructivism, and connectivism. These learning theories discuss the different ways that the teacher can teach the students different concepts. The way that the teacher relays the knowledge changes depending on the theory for example constructivist theory deals with a more student centered approach and behaviorist deals with a more teacher centered approach.

Pedagogical Content Knowledge

Deals with how well the technology is suited to the learners and the lesson. Within this category mobile learning comes to mind and how students can learn any time they want and within any space they want. Where pedagogy comes into play is how the teacher facilitates the education of technology and how often the teacher uses mobile learning tools and activities within the lesson. It is also important to note that the integration of technology needs to be thought out so that it is suited to the context of the lesson. TPACK has had a great impact on the way that I view technology and how it can be integrated into the classroom and the benefit that technology has on 21st century learning. Technology is no longer segregated within the curriculum into a specified computer time slot within the day. Instead it needs to be integrated in to teaching and learning wherever possible, to support the learners of today who will be the members of society in the future.
