Technical Specifications

- Concrete calculations and sizing of the projects were done according to related regulations about constructions to be built in disaster areas which entered into force in 2010 and according to TS5000 provisions.

- In the projects, composite system conditions were executed with carrier wall and columns which were set according to calculations and the load was distributed every way.

- Constructions of the basis and soil improvement were done as such: Bored file system was used for raft foundation convey its load ton rocky soil. Piles were lifted down to rocky soil and socketed 1.5 m in the rock.

(CFA:Continuous Flight Auger). As a result of bored piling diameter calculation, columns of 40 cm and 50 cm diameter were used. Distance of bored piling used in A, B, C, D and E blocks are 1.7 m.

In the Upper Structure;

For the joinery of external windows, TSEK guaranteed import or equivalent domestic PVC joinery will be used, double-glazing will be;

4+12+4. Secret jalousie will be done for external joinery.

All the housing estate will be "A Class Energy" according to the regulation of energy performance.

Adequate number of phone line, cable TV, Digiturk and internet infrastructure will be provided for each flat.
