TOURNAMENT PLAYER OF THE MONTH PROMOTION RULES 1. Participants in all regularly scheduled “daily” tournaments are eligible. 2. Players that place in the money will receive “Player of the Month” points. 3. In order to participate in this promotion, you must sign up for, or already be in possession of, a “B Connected” casino rewards card. “B Connected” cards may be obtained at the poker room podium, “B Connected” club booth, and at other various gaming locations on property. 4. Each month, the top four point earners will divide $5,000 as follows: 50% for first place, 25% for second, 15% for third, and 10% for fourth. 5. Each month is a separate competition. Players accumulate points from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Points are not carried over into the following month. 6. Due to the fact that we offer tournaments with different buy-in amounts, points will be awarded as a percentage of monies won, as follows: $125 tournaments – Points equal 60% of monies won. $100 tournaments – Points equal 80% of monies won. $50/80 tournaments – Points equal 100% of monies won. 7. If a unanimous agreement is made by players regarding the division of prize pool payouts, each player shall receive the appropriate amount of points according to monies won. Players may not negotiate or transfer points to another player. Anyone found not complying with this rule will be subject to disqualification. 8. Winners will be paid on, or after, the 5th day of the following month. 9. A form W2-G will be issued for net winnings of more than $5,000, and will be subject to a 25% withholding. 10. Orleans Poker Room employees are not eligible. 11. Orleans general poker rules and daily tournament rules apply. 12. Management reserves the right to disqualify anyone found not adhering to these rules. 13. Management reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. 14. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the property’s management in a manner that is fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied with management’s decision, he/she may exercise their rights under NRS 463.361 et eq., and request the Nevada Gaming Control Board to review the matter.
