BUSINESS TOURS
Sightseeing is tangential.
More interested in a light overview
rather than an in-depth tour.
• INCENTIVE TOURS
• Incentive tourists are business people who have won trips by competing with their colleagues for sales goal. These people visit an area primarily for pleasure. The field of incentive travel is highly competitive and specialized, and most incentive tours are contracted through incentive houses, which have particularly high standards of service.
• SENIOR CITIZENS
Younger senior citizens prefer some of
the most active, adventure- oriented
tours.
Older senior citizens prefer more
passive and leisure tours.
•FAMILIES Parents and infants or toddlers: the
interpretations should be directed toward the adults, with consideration for their needs to care for their children.
Children age four (4) and older: the guides should direct commentary and interact with them.
