NEMBERALA BEACHNemberala beach is generally regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches of Indonesia. It

offers fascinating sunsets, stunning panoramas and after Sumatra it is the most

popular surfing destination within the Indonesian archipelago.

We can swimming, surfing, fishing, snorkelling or just for the adventure to outer reefs and

islands around ROTE.

emberalaThe Nemberala Beach Resort is located on the small island of Rote (1,214 sq. km.), in the Nusa Tenggara region of Indonesia, just south west of Timor. This is the southern most region of Indonesia and also the driest given the close proximity to the large deserts of Australia. How to get there?There is no flight from Jakarta that arrives in Kupang earlier than the Ferry departure schedule. So the only option is you can take any flight to Kupang wheather it is Sriwijaya Air, Batavia Air, Lion Air, and Garuda Air, and stay one night in Kupang. The next day you can take the Express Bahari ferry at 08.30, but usually departs late from Tenau harbour. Arriving at Ba'a Harbour in Rote, you can take an ojek, or a hired Oto to Nemberala. It's a 48 kilometers drive

Nemberala and surrounding beaches like Kuta Beach in Bali. There are white sand with clear

sea water, crystal clear. If the weather is sunny and the sun

rises from the south, it appears black shadow.

The Advantages• Most of the beach attraction is in at the Nemberala

beach. It is a surfers' paradise. The white sandy beach and clear water was enthralling. The other beach available in this island is Bo'a beach, where it is located in secluded area. This pristine white-sand beach is 10 minutes away from Nemberala. It is a perfect place to take pictures of long sandy beach with palm trees, surrounded by golden cliffs. The place at Bo'a beach is practically not really a public beach where you can just lazed around, snorkeled, and do things we usually can not do in a public beach.

Beaches around Nemberala, there are several lodging options, ranging from hotels to homestays with rates of tens of thousands of dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars per night. Although facilities are limited but Nemberala Coast, East Nusa Tenggara decent thumbs beauty.

Visitors will surely be amazed. Along the coast are now also has built hotels and restaurants, mostly in foreign tourists visited and only a few domestic tourists.

Nemberala beach is quite satisfactory eye with the blue sea water crashing pulled into a long white sand beaches. Tourists who visit the village Nemberala spent many weeks to many months just to enjoy the game of sea waves.

For the wave hunters from around the world who come to Indonesia, Nembrala Coast has become one of the magnet that attracted them to challenge one of the best waves in Indonesia.

hotel or inn found there. Of these, five units of which belong to the local population, while the rest held by

foreign tourists. Some of them managed businessman from Surabaya.

Anugrah is located right on Nembrala Beach. You can see the land from your veranda past the coconut trees. There are 9 bungalows that all face south which allows all rooms to get a nice breeze.

Rooms are wooden huts with traditional Lontar palm thached rooves. All rooms are a separate building, complete with fans, mosquito nets and comfortable beds. Each room has a large veranda with seats to relax. Bathroom is basic with shower and toilet. Rooms are well ventilated and cool.

This food include a unique food. Derived from rote island, fried milk is actually a simple meal that only composition of buffalo milk and rote sugar.

The way of making fried milk simpluy by heating milk and sugar in a skillet until thickened earlier and form granules. Sugar and milk will become a kind of caramel

Traditional village life on doorstep . Villagers 'cook up' the sap extracted from the male fruit of the Lontar or Fan Palm. Excess moisture is boiled off and what remains is a syrupy sweet concentrate that is bottled and used widely as an organic, palm sugar extract. Nemberala is renowned on the island for the quality of its Gula Java (Javanese sugar) which is transport by road and sea, in copious amounts, to West Timor. Lontar palms (viewed in background) are sizable, tall trees and require considerable skill to shin up to the crowns where the sap is 'milked' and collected in woven baskets almost daily during the dry season.
