Staffing Requisition:Our Account Executive works in alliance with theclient’s HR team and receives the requisition.Requirement Definition:Account Executive understands the exactskills required and provides a detailed definition of the requirement toexecutive search specialist (ESP).Sourcing:ESP discusses the requirement with sales account executiveif needed and explores Touchstone’s database of over 500,000 resumesthrough our portal access as well as candidates available in the market.Candidates are searched within 4 to 24 hours time frame.Screening:ESP interviews the candidate for preliminary screening.Submission:Account executive submits the resume of the most suitablecandidates and requests the interview schedule.Interview: Hiring manager reviews the resumes, schedule the interviewand interviews the candidate, client makes hire/ decline decision.Acceptance:Hiring manager initiates the process to bring the selectedcandidate on-board.Periodic Feedback:Account manager requests the periodic feedbackfrom the supervisor to make sure that work performance of thecontractor matches the client’s expectations.Invoice Submission:Invoices are compiled as per the time frameapproved in contract. All contractors are strictly required to submit timesheets and expense statements on time.Project Completion/ Extension:ESP contacts the candidate one monthbefore the completion of the contract to ensure candidate’s successfultransition to a new project.
