Linking exerciseThe Linking Exercise, conducted from December 2017 until Febru-ary 2018, was a collaborative eort between the Government of Bangladesh and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees that aimed to merge the family based Rohingya popula-tion data collected through the Family Counting Exercise with attributes of the individual Rohingya population data collected by the Ministry of Home Aairs.
The exercise was conducted with a view to creating a unified dataset with individual data grouped into families which will be used to better protect and assist families.
