Our extensive range of individual portion entries

contain no artifical flavourings, utilising bespoke

recipes and ingredients. The ultimate in

convenience and quality.

TIMELESS FAVOURITES

BURGERS

Fairway Classic Beef Burgers are made from Irish

Beef, which makes for a juicy and succulent eat.

The Aberdeen Angus Burger (pictured) is MAde

from 100 Aberdeen Angus Beef from accredited

herds which is portioned into an individual

‘homestyle’ shape.

BATTERED AND BREADED FISH

Our Breaded Cod, Haddock and Plaice is coated

in our exclusive natural crunch crumb WITH

no added colourings and provides an excellent

crunchy eat. The Battered range is produced

from skinless & boned Cod or Haddock.

YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS

Our prebaked golden brown Yorkshire Puddings are

made using the finest ingredients to a

traditional recipe. Just warm through and serve

as an accompaniment to a roast dinner ( 3” ) or

serve the giant Yorkshire Pudding with a filling

of your choice.

Fairway are proud to announce the launch of their new own label Classics. The range consists of unique recipes bespoke to Fairway. These have been carefully developed and manufactured to guarantee high levels of consistent quality to rival market leaders.

CAKESThe Classics range consists of two tried and tested favourites - Alabama Chocolate Fudge Cake and Passion Cake. The Alabama Chocolate Fudge cake is a delicious moist rich sponge filled and covered with hot chocolate fudge icing. Our Passion Cake is a mouth watering two layered cake, moist carrot cake sponge containing pineapple and walnuts, coated in a light cream cheese frosting, They are available whole or pre-cut ( 16pp ).

FISHCAKESOur fishcakes are coated in a natural crispy breadcrumb and are free from artificial flavours, preservatives and hydrogenated fats. The range consists of Tuna & Mozzarella, Smoked Haddock, Sweet Chilli Cod & Prawn and our newest addition to the range, Cod, Spinach & Mendip Hills Cheddar Fishcake. All products are packed 12 x 100 - 105 .

TIMELESS FAVOURITES

APPLE PIE & CARAMEL APPLE PIE

USING real Bramley Apples to create a chunkier eating experience. encased in a light crispy, butter enriched shortcrust pastry, hand crimped and topped with delicious sugar glaze. Our Caramel Apple Pie is topped with crunchy crumble and heaped with caramel fudge.

INDIVIDUAL PUDDINGS

OUR hot individual puddings are produced using the finest ingredients bespoke to the Classics range, providing the caterer a luxury hot dessert with convenience, quality and cost control. Based on a muffin sponge, our range consists of five favourite flavours - Lemon, Chocolate, Strawberry Jam, Sticky Toffee and Treacle.

PROFITEROLES

Comprising of delicate french style choux Pastry generously filled with Whipped Cream to provide everybody’s favourite dessert. Our Profiteroles are packed into 3 bags containing 40 pieces in each and come with Chocolate Sauce conveniently packed in four 250 squeezy tubes.
