We have a Contact Centre specifically for clients, where we can quickly receive, dispatch and monitor service calls 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Our specialised system records service information and tracks subcontractor performance and

reliability. This data gives us insights to what really happens out in the field and ensures we only engage subcontractors with a proven track record of performing their task on time, at minimal cost and to the

high quality standards that are expected by OS.

Our systems can also track the frequency of calls and provide detailed information around the nature and type of call for planning and reporting requirements.
