PAY OUT QUALIFICATIONS

For Performance Incentive -Ali18Ds below Team Leaders will have to earn 500 PV in a month and ali Team Leaders and above will have to earn 1000 PV in a month.

For Rank Upgradatlon, Funds and Leadership -Ali Managers and above will have to maintain in a month 20000 GPV either by self PV or from entire GPV of Non-Team Leaders and above under his direct down line legs(Slde GPV).

INTERNATIONAL TOUR If your monthly PPV is 5000 per month and your GPV In

12 months is 100 lacs, then you qualify for an

International Tour of 4 days 3 nights. However, your

GPV shall be earned from various legs and your 1

leg's maximum qualification should be 50 lacs, This

means if any leg's GPV is 60 lacs, then for the

purpose of calculation of the International Tour, it will be

considered as 50 lacs, thus, the balance 50

lacs you've to earn from your remaining legs, Your

qualification will always be calculated based on the

current month's and previous 11 months' GPV. Once you

have qualified for the International Tour your

next qualification will be calculated in the next 12

months' GPV of 100 lacs.
