Plant powerWith modern equipment including

5-axis milling centres, we combine

grown expertise in development

with the latest production technol-

ogy. For individual pieces as well

as for small series. For example,

the connected pallet loader of our

Hermle C22 U milling centre allows

highly efficient and economical

production. Thanks to a "zero point

clamping system", workpieces can

be directly further processed in

the same clamping device on our

die-sinking EDM machines. The

system immediately reports any

exceedance of the tolerance.

3D - PrintingWhere the possibilities of con-

ventional production end, we offer

additional production possibilities

with our 3D printers for metal and

plastic.

Metal printing is perfectly suited for

the production of complex metallic

individual parts, and also for pro-

totypes as a preliminary stage to

series production at our plant.

We offer the printing of transferred

components on the one hand, and

component optimization and rede-

sign on the other. We are happy to

prepare your 3D file for 3D printing.
