We are manufacturing all types of Plastic Injection Moulds, Pressure Die casting Dies and Precision Machined Components. We are also having facility to take production of molded components. For mould manufacturing we use superior quality mould steel as per the customer requirment.

We have manufactured plastic injection moulds for all engineering sectors from household to avaition sectors.Which includes parts in materials ABS,Nylon,Polyacetal,polycarbonate, acrylic, ULTEM, Polypropylene, Filled materaials, PP, HDPE and LDPE. We also manufacture Aluminum and Pressure Die Castings Tools, Aluminum and Zinc Die Casted Components and precison machined components as per customer sample or drawing.

We use softwares SOLID WORKS, DELCAM POWER MILL, DELCAM POWER SHAPE, DELCAM TOOLMAKER & DELCAM ELECTRODE for designing and machining.

We have moulded many components in all grade of ABS Material in different colours.Most of the moulds are multicavity which gives high production. We have moulded ABS components weighing upto 850 grams.

We have developed many nylon components up to 33 % glass filled for many engineering sector. Most of the components are required close dimension tolerance and stability.

These are some of the components moulded in Acrylic material. Components are in mirror finish, moulded in in a highly mirror polished moulds made using high grade mould steel material.

We have developed many moulds for components in polyacetal which is used in textile, automobile & machinery sectors. Most of the components are having complex profiles and are closely tolerated.

Some of the components moulded in polycarbonate which is having mirror finish, produced in the moulds manufactured in high grade mould steel which is polished to high mirror finish. These components are used in automobile industry and other engineering industries.
