Co-wrote and starred in several sketch comedy shows including the 2011 Holiday Show and Menllenium. Member of a five- person cast that worked in collaboration with The New Yorker Magazine to create a review based on the publication ’s cartoons. EASTERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY CTAR – 323 IMPROVISATION & ROLE PLAY : YPSILANTI, MI Adjunct Professor: January 2011 – May 2011 Taught the principles of improvisation, which include creative exploration, spontaneity, agreement, and finding innovative resolutions to group problems. Had students play games and practice improvisation at every class. For the final the students improvised a thirty-minute one-act play. CLOSE UP CLASSROOM: YPSILANTI, MI Writer and Assistant Director: June 2009 – September 2011 Wrote and directed scenes tailored to entertain and foster discussion regarding classroom dynamics and social issues. Major roles include: Allen Felix in Play It Again Sam at the Magenta Giraffe Theatre in Detroit, star and co-author of Touch My App at the Fringe Festival in Chicago, Craig in Zombies Slaves of Science, a short film by Quack Media, and featured character in “Good Cheesy” Crash the Super Bowl contest directed by John Grammatico. Also host popular YouTube channel that features original work.
