D, Main Characteristic of the line:

1) This line includes multi-function crushing machine, which can produce onion paste, carrot paste, chili paste,

apple paste and many other fruit jam.

2) Because of the following factors such as crushing action, ultra-low temperature evaporating(single-effect

evaporating temperature is 68 ),the two -effect and two-section structure makes staying time of the material is

short in evaporator, the lycopene and other nutrition of paste has little loss than other equal equipment, the valve

is also higher than other equipment such as three-effect and three-section, three-effect and four-section.

3) The electricity consumption is less than 400KW/H than other equipments with equal capacity.

4) It can cut down the steam consumption because the vacuum evaporator has the second time steam callback

system of the steam coagulation water

5) The filling machine adopts style of dial up and down other than production pipe rotary and the filling head up

and down, which can avoid the second polluting because of the bad sealing in the part of rotary axes.

6) The screen of the pulping machine is taper, the clearance could be adjusted, also could be frequency

conversion and timing, which makes the production easy to squeeze.

Application scope:

The machine is mainly used for lifting of tomato, carrot, apple, preserved vegetables, onion, chili and other fruit

and vegetables.

Technical explanation:

2. Floating washing machine

This machine is mainly used for the washing of fruit and vegetable,

6. Pre-heater

Application scope:

The machine is applicable to pre-heating of tomato, onion, chili, strawberry, blackberry and carrot which has been

crushed in the previous procedure.


The machine adopts the newest technology which is called hot water heating type to avoid the scaling problem. The

scaling problem is caused by using steam to heat the material directly whose temperature is very different with the raw

material.

The working life can be long time and suitable for the tomato paste industry. The temperature control system is

automatic and online type. The pre-heating temperature is controlled by the Italy valve which is high quality and stability.There is raw material refluence control design in case the heating temperature can not reach the set point.

7. Pulping Machine

Application scope:

The machine is used for the pulping of tomato, onion, chili, strawberry, blackberry and carrot etc.

Technical Explanation

The machine adopts the abroad advanced technology, using double stage or single stage taper type screen mesh

structure, it can avoid the blocking of screen hole.

Using the liquid lube oil, double stage oil sealing designing and cooling water passage, all the above method can

8. Fruit Jam Tank

The tank is used for the storage of tomato, onion, chili, strawberry, blackberry, and carrot which has been pulped in the

previous procedure.

Technical explanation

The structure is single layer and closed style, standing type with ABB liquid level transmitter and full automatic online

liquid level linkage controller to protect and balance the capacity.

Material of the vessel: AISI 304, stainless steel. Polishing inside and outside #250 or 304 2B Inlet of the tank

connect with the outlet of the pulping machine outlet of the tank connect with the pump.

With the manhole, cleaning ball, The machine runs stability and easy to operate.

9. Concentration Machine (Vacuum evaporator)

The evaporator is used for the concentration of tomato, onion, chili, strawberry, blackberry, carrot, peach, and apricot.

The evaporator adopts low consumption evaporating structure; the second effect self-circulation combines the first

effect forced circulation so it is double effect combination structure which can decrease the running cost of the

second forced circulation pump and other loss. Compared with domestic equipments (capacity at 300-500tons per

day) it can save power by 250KW/H.

The machine is with features of compact structure and optimized layout, the length of the pipe between the first

effect evaporator and the second effect evaporator is short. This structure can reduce the loss of heat. The

evaporating way is rising film together with falling film, so the effect of heat transfer is better. The pressure of the

steam is low; the temperature of the paste is low too. Temperature of the first effect is 6870 and 3840

for the second effect.

The draining of cooling system uses frequency conversion to adjust water level of the condenser to save power.To

avoid the damage of impact vibration when the water goes to the pump, the water supply adopts vacuum

self-priming way which can also reduce the power consumption.

The control of the feeding quantity, temperature, brix, exhausted quantity of cooling water adopts two way, one is

automatic control in the whole, the other is manual control separately.

The quality and the stability is the key to the equipments. so Jiadi adopts import valves, the best brix meter, the best

electric control components such as SIEMENS and OMRON to control the key points.

The sterilizer is composed of four layer sleeving pipe or multi-pipe. Heat exchanger; Stepless speed chan

conveying pump, holder, closed water barrel, superheating water generator, frame, controller etc.

Includes heating section, sterilizing section and cooling section. Tube group has the features of simple structu

The heating-holding section has reasonable structure to guarantee the temperature stability and security of

There is superheating water and cooling water channel during the cleaning which can avoid the scaling.

11. Aseptic bag filling machine

Applicable scope:

The equipment is applicable to the aseptic filling of tomato paste, onion paste, chili paste, strawberry

paste, blackberry paste, carrot paste, peach paste, apricot paste, concentration juice.


The aseptic filling machine is used for the filling of liquid and semi-ropy concentration products. The

filling head can be one or two according to the required capacity.

The machine is composed of control system, filling head, bag nozzle fixed pincers, lid opening pincers,

lid close pincers, inspection window and lifting platform.

PLC automatic control, touch screen to do parameter setting, the lifting platform can lift automatically

during the filling to avoid the second pollution caused by the lifting of filling head.

The filling volume of the bag is controlled by imported flow meter and electric weighing sensor.

When it reaches the setting volume, filling machine can seal the lid automatically then the lifting

platform rotary to prepare the next barrel.

The filling chamber can keep the aseptic temperature95 to guarantee the aseptic environment

12. Empty barrel conveyor

Applicable Scope:

The conveyor is used for conveying of the empty barrel to the aseptic filling section.


The conveyor is composed of control system, one conveyor which conveys empty barrel in, one mobile type empty

barrel conveyor, two empty barrel conveyor which takes the barrel to the filling machine, two after filling barrel conveyor.

The designing of reducer drives the roller autorotation makes the pallet moving forward. There is automatic design of

inlet empty barrel and outlet finished barrel and the security alarm during the empty barrel conveying.

2. Sleeving Pipe (tube-in-tube) Sterilizer

The sterilizer consists of material barrel, conveying pump, pipe heat exchanger, holding parts, hot water crossing

system, CIP cleaning system and electronic control system.

Adopting the regeneration heat change technology in the equipment design, this enhances the heat transmission

efficiency and saves the energy.

The operating system uses man-machine conversation operation contact surface that is advantageous for

direct-viewing grasps the running status of the equipment various modules. The control system carries on

3. Empty tins washing device

4. Automatic filling machine

The Automatic Filling Machine is designed to dispense the products of all kinds of viscous granulated paste or

liquid materials for the bottled production. This automatic filling machine has compact, reasonable configuration,

can be operated and maintained conveniently.

The automatic filling machine is a piston filling equipment. Adopt adjusting piston, the request filling volume can

be adjusted quickly and precisely. Automatic feeding bottle-positioning and operation are controlled automatically.

This automatic filling machine has a liquid level alarm. With safety control device, machine will stop automatically

when bottle fell down or not in correct position. A stirring device has been added on the material barrel for easily

separating liquid.

6. Tunnel spraying sterilizer and cooler

The Steam Sterilizer is characterized by low noise, accurate temperature control, and the automatic control

system of the sterilizing temperature. Most of the components are imported from Germany and Japan, which

includes the high quality stainless steel, the world famous Intralox polypropylene net belt, the high-grade spray

nozzle, etc. In which, the circular hot water is used to sterilize, the circular warm water is used to pre-cool, and the

cooling water is used to cool.

The basic principle of this steam sterilizer is that, water is used as the heat exchanger medium. The sterilizing

water is heated through a tube type heater and evenly sprayed on the surface of the bottle or can for promoting

the product temperature to the sterilizing level. After sterilization, the product shall be moved to the cooling area,

the product temperature will be lowed down to the room temperature by spraying cold water. Then all the used

water shall flow back to the bottom tank for recycling

CIP local cleaning system is specialized equipment used for automatic cleaning for beverage production line and

filling facility. acid washing, alkali washing and thermal washing can be chose. The temperature for acid, alkali and

hot water can be set.
