Super User Webinars, Open Houses, and Workshops Since much of our training is Distance Learning, we expect that learners may want
an opportunity to talk to a subject matter expert about what they’ve learned. Super User Webinars - Pre-arranged webinars where the Super User reviews key points from the
courses, and leads a question and answer session Super User Open Houses – Pre-arranged “open house” events where learners may drop in to ask
their questions in person. At the Open House, the Super User may also run demonstrations. Super User Workshops (ad hoc, local) - Some Super Users may additionally want to conduct a
local workshop for smaller groups of employees within their area.
The Project Compass change management team will proactively schedule and support Webinars and Open Houses.
Local Super Users may arrange for Super User workshops as desired.
