started that we’d see low single-digit mortgage interest rates again? It’s incredible. Plus, real estate has proven time and again to be a lucrative � nancial investment in the long run.

Today’s Homes & Condominiums brings you industry information on some of Ontario’s � nest builders and their new home communities. We are grateful for tremendous support from BILD (the Building Industry and Land Development Association), which regularly provides the public with RealNet Canada Inc. statistics regarding the sale of new homes and condominiums across the GTA.
