This was the re-sponse of an irked Kris

Aqui no afte r one of her fol-lowers on Instagram asked

why comed ian Vice Gand aand not James Yap accompa-nied her son Bimby during the46th Guillermo Mendoza Box-Office Awards.

On Sunday, Bimby wasnamed as the Most PopularMale Child Performer duringthe Guillermo awards in Pasay City but neither Aquino nor Yap

was able to accompany theirson to the awards night.

Aquino posted a photo col-lage of her son during theawards night in her Instagramaccount.

A netizen (@sipaulina) thenasked, “bakit hindi si James Yapang pinasama mo? im sure ma-bilis pa sa alas kuatro! ‘And I’msure #JamesYap shares my pride in how loving & lovable,

kind hearted, well mannered, and smart our Bimb has be-come’ NO……. kasi kng ganyansya tatay nya dapat ngayon angkasama nya hindi ang honorary stepfather nya!”

The honorary stepfather re-ferred to by the netizen was co-

median Vice Ganda, a closefriend of Aquino.

The TV host-actress made alengthy reply to the netizen

who “[made] pakialam sabuhay pamilya namin.”

Aquino explained that Bimby  was still hurting from a misun-derstanding he had with his fa-ther, James.

“naka medication ako, sostraight truth ito,” she started.

“I text James regarding a Fa-

ther’s Day merienda for him w/Bimb any day next week. Hesaid Wednesday. “You don’tknow us personally, you don’tknow how much I needed tomake pakiusap kay Bimb namag merienda sila,” Aquinosaid.

She continued: “And sinceMAKULIT ka & gusto mo nangGULO, may nasabi si James nanasaktan ang feelings ni Bun-so.”

Aquino said the misunder-standing happened last March.“I got home from taping &

he was still crying from theirphone conversation.”

The celebrity then said:“Stop making it about my lack of effort, the fact I initiatedfor Bimb to see his dad even

though my son still has hurtfeelings means I have the abil-ity to process emotions ma-turely.”

“And if you will continue tomake pakialam sa buhay pa-milya namin, please enclose ad-dress & contact details, kasi si-

guro sa super sawsaw mo, mag-contribute ka na rin sa al-lowance & milk money ng Anak namin para naman you put

your money where your mouthis,” she added.

This is not the first time Aquino responded to a basheron her Instagram. In January, afuming Aquino also respondedto bashers who called Bimby “gay.”
