Melinda's Meals
This week's recipe from Aspen parent Melinda Davidson is for Quinoa Cranberry EnergyBars. Adapted from "Cooking Light"
These energy bars truly provide substance without all the artificial sugar. A great snack topack for those summer hikes, bike rides, or all day outings! The combined quinoa andoats curbs your appetite while the rest satiates your tastebuds. The flavors yield a little sweet, a little salty,a little crunchy, and a whole lot of yummy.
