FARM-TO-TAVERN OFFERINGSThere is nothing fast about our food. In fact, it starts long before
you have even gotten here, usually on a local ontario farm. You see, we are proud to have established relationships with the
best local producers of high-quality natural food here in ontario.
There is nothing fast about the way we prepare our food. Our chef, Drew Anthony, and his team, arrive each and every
morning before sun-up - in the winter anyway - to receive deliveries from our local producers, to prepare our fresh,
hand-cut fries, or start slow-roasting your ribs. We do it slow, like nature, which does take time, after all.
And we like it that way. From the best local farms to our Toronto Urban Taverns - that is our quality offering.

Fred’s BreadOur family has been hand crafting loaves, boules and
baguettes for 20 years, using only natural ingredients and
great attention to detail. Hand-crafted and hearth-baked breads made with
100% natural ingredients, unbleached and organic
flours begin to define what Fred's Breads is all about.
Our recipes are created using the “levain” bread traditions
of rural France.
Beretta FarmsFounded over 20 years ago by Mike and Cynthia Beretta with
the purchase of their first farm in Huron County, and
later, the opening of the Beretta butcher shop in Brussells, Ontario, today Beretta farms provides
families across Canada with natural, organic and grass-fed
beef products, all raised without the use of hormones
and antibiotics.
Yorkshire Valley Farms
“We’re proud to produce a healthy product for a growing
population in an environ- mentally conscious way,” says
Thomas Ahrens, founding farmer. It all starts at the farm.
Here, our birds are raised on wholesome, non-GMO organic
grains with no added antibiotics. They also have space to roam in modern
barns with natural light and ventilation, and have access to
outdoor pastureland.
