Calendar: indicates subject natter onlyy which apparently ls on

five bills. However, since tomorrow isy in fact, the deadline for

a1l appropriation bills to be out of committee, lt Nould seem to

me that on page 15 of our rulesr Where it says that the

Chairperson of the committee shall: no later than six days before

any proposed hearing, post a notice of the -- on the Senate

bulletin board identifying each Legislative Measure to be

considered durlng such hearing. The notice shall contain the

date, hour and the place of the heartng. And I know that perhaps

the position has been in the -- has been taken that that, once

posted, always posted, but it just seems to me that as a matter of

informing both the Members as well as the publlc, khat maybe We

ought to take the position that we ought to re-post perhaps in the

future, so that we know that it is, in fact, there is going to

be action taken on those additional bills. think in the past we

have posted, and -- and we've heard the bills. Wefve held them in

the committee, but We've re-posted them again When we were about

to take some final action on them. So I I Would ask if -- if

that is the intention to continue to -- to post as requlred under

our rules, or whether or not wedre going to continue to assume

bills out of committee and Menbers' -- and Member bills.
