Get up & Go!—Tuesdays from November 5 to December 17, 2013—9:30am-11:30am—During this eight week program parents/caregivers and their
children aged 2-6 years will have the opportunity to engage in an active program that supports the development of basic physical activity skills for young
children. Developing these skills in childhood lays the foundation for lifelong physical activity. Remember to wear your running shoes and comfy clothes.

Conquering Depression—Every Wednesday—October 30, 2013 to February12, 2014—5:30pm—7:30pm—A 12-Week Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy
(CBT) group where you will learn techniques to change the thoughts and behaviors that maintain depression. Conquering Depression will be led by a Psy-chologist and qualified CBT Therapist from the Woodbridge Medical Centre Family Health Team. To register please contact Karin Pereira at 905-893-8085

whelming? Does it interfere with your daily function? If so, join this 10 week supportive group to learn more about: understanding anxiety, identifying
thoughts associated with it, recognizing anxiety triggers, and developing new strategies of overcoming anxiety. A half hour pre-group interview will be

The program provides structured and supervised activities in a group setting for eligible ethno-cultural and South Asian frail seniors with cognitive, physical and communicative impairments. The activities are planned to provide mental, physical and social stimulation. The HOPE-ADP strives to promote maximum independence and maintain quality of life for clients and caregivers. join in and participate in an easy exercise class (1 hour) followed by a wellness drop in session targeted at providing an opportunity for ethno-
culturally diverse seniors to lead an active social life. This session will provide a relaxed opportunity for seniors to connect with friends over
coffee, tea, a healthy snack and discuss topics of their choice. Topics can include current events in the media, recipe sharing, personal sto-
