This AGREEMENT made on this……….day of …….between Air Force School Hebbal
(AFSH) an autonomous body registered under the Societies Registration Act and having
its office at “Bengaluru”, (hereinafter referred to as Party ‘A’) which expression shall unless
repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include its
successors and assigns of the ONE PART.

WHEREAS the AFSH is desirous of giving Contract for providing Outsourcing of
Man-power — Skilled, Semi-skilled Un-skilled and Graduate & above for a period of Two
Years for Manger / Administrator, Lab Technician, Junior Clerk and Multi Tasking Staff
(House keeping staff) and where the contractor has offered to provide skilled, semi-skilled
and un-skilled workers on the terms and conditions hereinafter stated.
AND WHEREAS the contractor has agreed to furnish to the Air Force School HEbbal, Bengaluru a performance guarantee of @10% of the awarded value by way of Bank Guarantee/Fixed Deposit. NOW THEREFORE BY THESE ARTICLES AND ON
THE PREMISES mentioned above, the parties have agreed to as under:-
That this agreement may be terminated on any of the following contingencies:-
(a) On the expiry of the contract period as stated above by giving one month’s notice by AFSH on account of:
Committing breach by the contractor of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement
Assigning the contractor any part thereof to any sub-contractor
On the contractor being declared insolvent by competent Court of Law, during the notice period for termination of the contract, in the situation contemplated above, the contractor shall keep on discharging his duties as before till the expiry of notice period.
E. ARBITRATION
1. In the event of any question dispute/difference arising under the agreement or in connection herewith (except as to matters the decision of which is specially provided
under this agreement) the same shall be referred to the sole arbitration of Chairman, School Management Committee or his nominee.
2. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. In the event of such arbitrator to whom the matter is originally referred to is unable to act for any reason whatsoever, the Chairman, School Management Committee or his nominee shall appoint another person to act as arbitrator in place of the out-going arbitrator in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The arbitrator so appointed shall be entitled to proceed with the reference from the stage at which it was left by his predecessor or afresh as the case may be.
3. The Arbitrator may give interim award(s) and / or directions, as may be required.

any forbearance, and or any omission on the part of Air Force School Hebbal, or any

such matter or thing whatsoever which under the law relating to sureties would, but for
this provision, have effect of so relieving us.
6. This guarantee will not be discharged due to the change in the constitution of the
bank or the approved tenderer (s).
7. This guarantee shall be irrevocable and the obligations of the bank herein shall
not be conditional to any prior notice by the Air Force School Hebbal.

JOB SPECIFICATION & JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SPECIFICATION:-
The Skilled Manpower (Manager and Clerk) should be having knowledge of working in
MS office and data base software and the minimum qualification should be Graduate in
any discipline from a recognized Institute/Board with technical background.
The Unskilled Manpower (MTS / house keeping) should be at least HSC/Intermediate
pass.The Unskilled Manpower should be able to read & write English, Kannada and
Hindi and also be able to read addresses & names in English.
The Contractor’s staff will not be allowed to use his floppy or software etc. unless specifically authorized or with prior intimation to the school authorities. The personnel are to be in neat and proper uniform. Uniform has to be provided and maintained by the agency. Failure to do so will result in levy of 5% penalty. Cost of the uniform and washing charges etc have to be borne by the firm and is to be mentioned separately in the Financial bid only. The personnel should be punctual for duty and must follow the following code of conduct.
Should be conversant in English, Hindi and local Kannada languages to enable smooth conversation with visitors as well as officials and subsequent reporting of incidences to officials of the school and are to maintain good demeanour while interacting with the visitors.
If found accepting bribes or any considerations/gifts etc will be dealt in accordance with prevalent laws/regulations governing such duties.
Prior permission of the Principal/OIC AF School is invariably to be sought in advance for any urgent need. Leave application is to be recommended by Principal, AFS Hebbal and forwarded to the agency. Leave will be granted only on replacement of the personnel who proceeds on leave.
Should not escalate personal problems to the client and in case of any exigencies replacement of personnel should be provided by the company. They shall not involve themselves in any man handling cases.
Should be well versed with security orders and instructions issued by School Administration/ Security section of HQTC, IAF.
The security of school property is of prime importance. In case of any loss due to breach of security, the company will be responsible for compensation towards such loss.
Are to abide by the rules and regulations specific to their duties issued by school administration from time to time.
Are to immediately report theft, fire, vandalism incidence concerning breach of security to Principal, Executive Director and Main Guard room.
Are to maintain high quality of integrity, honesty and loyalty. The personnel detailed for duties are not to accept any presents/gifts/money/free hospitality from anyone.

person not working for the School. Not to by-pass the authorised channel of
communication and administration.
Abide by the rules and regulations of the School and show respect to the duly
constituted authority, diligently carrying out instructions issued by the superior
authority.
Not to indulge in monetary transactions with the students and parents and not to
borrow from or lend money to students and colleagues and to refrain from

Skilled Man Power (School Manager / Admin Officer, Lab Technician and Junior Clerk):
Post Graduate / Graduate with at least five years’ experience in office work viz., Stock checking, inventory maintenance, purchases and after services, tendering process and documents, correspondences, supervision of support staff, school activities & accounts etc. (a) Should be in the age group of 25 to 40 years as on 01 July of the academic year in which the post is being filled.
(b) Ex-servicemen candidates of Army, Navy & Air Force would be preferable. (c) Knowledge of computer typing and applications, especially MS Office (word, excel, PPT etc) is compulsory.
(e) Management of School office efficiently and effectively.
(f) To supervise all clerical / typing duties of the School clerk. (g) To supervise maintenance and updating of all School related financial documents including books of accounts maintained at school. (h) To supervise record of biometric and leave in respect of all school staff.
(j) To supervise record of all office stores and equipment/ inventory in the school.
(k) To supervise security and proper custody of all inventory items/stores of the school. (l) To supervise the work of all Administrative and Multi-Tasking Staff and ensure that they carry out their respective duties. (m) To carry out all tasks assigned by the Principal and the ED.
Lab Technician:
Bachelor degree in Science stream / Diploma of 02 years in electronics, Electricals and Computer Science
(a) Should be in the age group of 21 to 40 years as on 01 July of the academic year in which the post is being filled.
(b) Should be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English, Hindi and local language. (c) Experience in working with hardware, mechanical equipments, basic repair and soldering skills, Networking and troubleshooting works. (d) Ability to co-ordinate with co-located schools and mentor the students. Open and creative mindset individual is preferable. (e) Technical knowledge of computer applications, MS Office is a must and basic understanding of computer programming is an added advantage.
(f) Maintain the inventory of lab equipment and supplies including ordering

(r) The ability to research unfamiliar technical issues, and learn new software and hardware applications, Problem Solving, Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Demonstrate the ability to logically solve basic technical issues. Show they are knowledgeable in current operating system and software applications, as well as Google Apps and Blackboard. (s) Maintenance and cleaning of lab apparatus / equipments. Clerk Graduate from a Govt recognised University. (a) Typing speed of at least 40 wpm in English. (b) Should be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Hindi. (c) Knowledge of computer applications, MS Office etc is mandatory. (d) To carry out typing of all correspondences, data entry, examination works etc
(e) Scanning the documents, computer data entry, preparing of reports and
other general office documents
(f) Typing the official letters and other documents.
(g) Handling existing data and editing current information.
(h) Proof reading new entries into a database etc.
(i) Keeping the office record updated.
(j) Taking backup of data at regular intervals & storage of data.
(k) Other functions of Data Entry Operators assigned by the office/authorities.
(l) Knowledge of working in MS office and data base software.
(m) Generating the various MIS reports.
(n) File maintenance and file movement (o) To carry out all tasks assigned by the Principal, Manager and the ED. Any other related work assigned by the office
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (House Keeping Staff) : (a) Should be in the age group of 21 to 40 years as on 01 Apr of the academic year in which the post is being filled and should at least completed HSC.
(b) Should be able to communicate in kannada, English and Hindi.
(c) Opening and distributing of envelopes & Dak & files of general nature,
the letters so received among the concerned staff of school.
(d) Handling of documents including sorting, storing properly in the
racks/storage space.
(e) To assist for local purchase of petty items from the market.
(f) Regular/daily dusting/cleaning of all the files/furniture, office
equipments etc
(g) Regular dusting/cleaning of racks, storage spaces, windows, walls, fans
switch boards and removing of cobwebs etc. on ceiling roof/walls etc.
(h) Removal of garbage so as to maintain general cleanliness and hygiene in
school.
(j) Storage/maintaining / cleaning of fresh drinking water and serving to staff
and visitors.
(k) Making arrangement for tea, coffee (preparing and serving) and arranging
snacks etc. during the meetings and routinely to the staff and other official
visitors representatives
(l) To water the plants and trees of the office.
(m) The nature of services shall include carrying out all the functions
generally performed in the schools by attendant and such other duties as may
be assigned to him/her.
(n) Sweeping / mopping of rooms, verandahs & grounds. Cleaning of
toilets/latrines.
(n) To carry out all tasks and any other related work assigned by the office Authority / Principal and the ED.
