CAS office requires tidying up. Lots of equipment on the floor area should be stored in a more secure place and not cause any obstruction
30.1.2013 - spoke to Steve Harford of CAS re the amount of redundant equipment on site. He agreed to contact RBKC about having it stored offsite
There is one opening window in this office. Staff have requested another although when this window was installed last year, only one was requested. This should be reviewed in conjunction with Anthony Parkes office on the 3ra floor which has a similar temperature problem. Anthony has agreed that we review the air con/heating provision in his office before during summer 2013

Extra heating is supplied in this area via a free standing dimplex type heater. Staff work 24 hours in this area and require this overnight. It is recommended that this should be wall mounted for safety reasons.
Anthony Parkes office requires tidying up, boxes moved to archive and his desk repositioned to prevent trailing wires. He has agreed for this to be carried out. Archive boxes are now on site. A member of the Leasehold team is required to sort through the files before being stores in Ingelow House. This is in progress.
