Through a weekly running program which promotes physical activity, teamwork, confidence and mentorship, Medical Miles hopes to inspire intrinsic motivation for exercise and provide students with the stepping stones for academic and life success .

Schedule Overview
Warm Up• 10 minute cardio warm up
Large Group
• 10 minute discussion in large groups about a healthy living topic
Work Out
• 1 hour cardio-intensive work out consisting of running, interval training and core strengthening exercises.
Small Groups
• 30 minute cool down and stretch in small groups to reflect on the day and discuss homework.
