A fun, FREE afternoon for families with disabled children or children with additional needs1-2pm Football taster sessions Fun, small sided games and drills delivered by Hampshire FA.

1-4pm Multi-sports An opportunity for families to join in with coach led multi-sports sessions.

1-4pm Gym usage A taster session for parents/guardians with children (aged 11yrs+) to exercise in the gym with trained staff on hand to instruct on exercises and provide additional support.

1-4pm Soft play Exclusive use of our new children’s soft play area. - Maximum Age 10yrs.

1.30-2.30pm Gymnastics This session will give children a chance to enjoy the benefits of

gymnastics in a smaller, quieter class. We ask that parents/guardians accompany children at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. There will be a wide range of gymnastics equipment available for children to enjoy.

2-4pm Swimming The main pool will be dedicated at this time for children and families to enjoy recreational swimming in a quiet and private environment. British Paralympian, Sascha Kindred CBE will also be running a pool session at this time!

Quiet space A designated quiet space will be available away from all of the activity in one of the studios for the duration of the event.
