8. PROPOSED LATERAL DRAIN PIPES SHALL BE
INSTALLED WITH A PITCH OF 1.0% (MINIMUM) UNLESS
OTHERWISE NOTED.
9. AREAS OUTSIDE THE LIMITS OF PROPOSED WORK
DISTURBED BY THE CONTRACTOR'S OPERATIONS
SHALL BE RESTORED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO THEIR
ORIGINAL CONDITION AT THE CONTRACTORS
EXPENSE.
10. ALL DISTURBED AREAS OUTSIDE THE CURBLINE
SHALL BE STABILIZED WITH 4" LOAM AND SEED,
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
