2. Fork Clamp with Tire Tipping Pads

Based on standard Fork Clamp.

ITA Class III and IV mounting

Slip On fork mounted arms withpowered 90 degree tipping pads tohandle a single tire.

Slip on arms require single functionand are supplied with QD hydraulichose couplers.

Tire capacities up to 5,500 lbs. anddiameters up to 85 inches.

Typically for trucks 8,000 lbs to15,000 lbs Capacity

Can be offered as sideshifting orwith 360 degree frame rotation.

3. Roll Clamp Design

ITA hook mounting.

Based on standard Pivot Arm Roll Clampwith special contact pads.

360 degrees frame rotation. 180 degreestop group is available.

Two function attachment, clamp androtate.

Various size contact pads, capacities anddiameter ranges available.

Designed to handle stack of tires forwarehousing and transport applications.

4. Tire Stack Handler 50D-TSH-SP

Specially designed to grab and compress stack of tires for loading transport trailers.Compressing the stack to fit into the trailer, allows more tires to be shipped.

Unit includes a specially designed mast with mounting brackets to fit truck.

Consists of two independent top and bottom clamping frames.

Bottom clamp based on 50D series bale clamp. Top clamp is specially modified bale clamp.

Designed to fit 6,000 lbs capacity lift trucks.

This is a four function unit. Top and bottom clamps are operated (raise/lower & open/close)independently as required to handle the stack of tires.

5. Hydraulic Turnafork Clamp

This type of attachment offers the versatility of a clamp arm and fork positioner all in one.

The fork tines can be hydraulically rotated 90 degrees from a vertical to horizontal positionand vice versa as required.

With the tines in the horizontal position, the unit can be utilized as a fork positioner toeasily carry palletized loads. With the tines rotated to the vertical position, this unit canclamp large tires easily.

These are typically two function attachments(clamp and arm rotation) but sideshifting featurecan be offered. A solenoid valve is normally usedwhen sideshift feature is needed.

The fork tines can be offered with smooth facingor various other facings. Rigid tines orarticulating are available to suit the application.

Models available from 4,000 lbs. to 8,000 lbs.capacity.

6. Tire Chamfered Forks

Based on a standard fork clamp with special forks.

Forks have the top inside corners specially chamfered to handle tires. This type of chamferallows the forks to easily slide under the tire.

Typically available in a 50D-CFS series, but various capacities and opening ranges and forksizes are available to suit a specific application.

7. Slip On Tire Pads

Designed as a simple low cost alternative to handlesingle or stack of tires.

Must be used with a fork clamp attachment.

Clamp forks need to have a hole drilled to securepads with locking pin.

Various pad sizes available to suit application.
